Experience in foundation repair or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Foundation Repair Technician

Work with the field crew on foundation stabilization, lifting, excavation, repair preparation, and related structural projects around Vail and the Tucson region. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working outdoors and wants to build deeper repair skills.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to assigned meeting or job locations
• Comfort working outdoors in southern Arizona conditions
• Ability to follow safety instructions and communicate clearly with the crew
• Construction, concrete, masonry, excavation, or repair experience is helpful
• Willingness to learn foundation repair methods and jobsite procedures

Concrete Repair and Leveling Technician

Help evaluate, prepare, lift, repair, and finish concrete around residential properties. This role fits someone who notices small elevation changes, works carefully around existing surfaces, and enjoys seeing a damaged area become useful again.

Qualifications

• Experience with concrete or construction is preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Ability to work carefully around homes, landscaping, and finished surfaces
• Comfort using hand and power tools after proper training
• Good attention to measurements, levels, and work sequencing
• Ability to work as part of a small field crew

Crew Lead

Lead day-to-day field execution on foundation, stem wall, crack reinforcement, and concrete repair projects. The crew lead helps translate the project plan into organized work, communicates field conditions, and keeps safety and property protection at the center of the job.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading construction or repair work
• Strong understanding of safe jobsite practices
• Ability to read a work plan and adapt sequencing to field conditions
• Clear communication with homeowners and crew members
• Foundation, concrete, masonry, or structural repair experience strongly preferred

Project Coordinator

Support homeowners and field crews by helping organize appointments, project information, access details, scheduling, and communication. This role is well suited to someone who can keep several moving pieces organized without losing the personal side of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and follow-through
• Friendly, clear written and verbal communication
• Comfort coordinating schedules and project details
• Ability to learn basic foundation and concrete repair terminology
• Residential construction or service-business experience is helpful
